The Way's and Sweetser Families of the Eugenics SURVEY Documentation

As follows are the documents from the Way Family Eugenics SURVEY folder.

Harriet E. Abbott had discovered genealogically that Eliza (nee: Way) had married to Peter "Black Jack" Phillips (born ca. 1830's) who died in 1906 in Peacham, Vermont. So she wrote and or traveled over to Peacham-Danville-Walden and Cabot, in Caledonia County, Vermont, soliciting community members to talk about what they believed, perceived and knew of the Phillips, Way, Woodward, and Sweetser families.
