December 19, 1923 Newspaper Obituary for B. R. Lyster who died on December 11, 1923. "The death of B. R. Lyster occured at his home in New Rochelle, New York, Dec. 11, after an illness of many weeks. The body was brought to Lyndonville, Vt., Thursday, for burial. Mr. Lyster resided in Whitefield, N.H. for a number of years. He is survived by his widow Gertrude nee: Knight, son Philip, daughter Marion, one brother M. J. Lyster of New Rochelle, and one brother in Lyndonville. Mr. and Mrs. R. A. McKelvey, Mr. and Mrs. John Shores and W. H. Bailey attended the burial service. Mrs. Lyster and children have the deep sympathy of their many friends in town.
